SD-R700/1200

The self-developed and self-produced tubular blackbody radiation source is a special equipment mainly used for calibrating non-contact radiation temperature measuring instruments such as infrared radiation thermometers and infrared thermal imagers.

The main technical indicators of the blackbody radiation source are the emissivity of the blackbody cavity, the uniformity of the target surface, and the temperature control stability.

Product Features

  •  Large orifice diameter, suitable for most D:S radiation thermometers;

  •  Wide temperature range; ambient temperature +5 ℃ to 700 ℃ and 100 ℃ to 1200 ℃ optional;

  •  Equipped with Eurotherm 0.1-class temperature control instrument, with high temperature control accuracy;

  •  The temperature control instrument has multi-point independent temperature correction function;

  •  The cavity is of tubular structure; high emissivity material is used, with emissivity better than 0.995;

  •  Our company's unique target surface treatment technology makes the target surface temperature more uniform, and the surface will not be damaged or chipped even after long-term use of the equipment and frequent temperature rise and fall; this product complies with JJG 856-2015 "Working Radiation Thermometers" regulations and can meet the daily verification work of infrared radiation thermometers and infrared thermal imagers in metrological verification institutions.
